As a European I promise you, if that's the future of federation then I'm done with it. Give the Bible thumpers a walled garden and let us live in freedom.

@edgeofeurope@mastodon.social Rob, I’m not arguing for prudery, nor treating all nudity as pornography. Non-pornographic art, medical information, and education are obvious examples where nudity can be legitimate. I’m specifically arguing that Mastodon-branded generalist instances should not host pornography. I am also talking about preventing pornography from reaching people who did not deliberately opt into it by joining, following, or browsing adult-oriented servers and accounts.
