@oddtail@meow.social Even more shameful that I as an Austrian born and raised her, also my Austrian peers never learned anything about Mozart's sister "Nannerl" in school; and we had music lessons from childhood until graduation... So I had no idea about her existence until I saw a documentary made by (subject to public law) Austrian TV station ORF around last year or so. Performing in public was equal to prostitution for a woman back in those times it said.
