My latest screed on the deliberate, corporate cruelty inflicted on inmates in Devils Lake Jail. Thing is, it’s throughout the system where govt privatizes incarceration to the detriment of everyone. Let’s hope Werner gets out alive. His conviction was overturned. The real murderer is still out there.
