The big museums will be accessible, as far as we remember. MOSI is good for science and engineering, of course.

Castlefield Viaduct is a garden built on the old railway viaduct. Level access from Deansgate/Castlefield tram stop. A nice juxtapositon of industrial and green.

Out of town a bit, and I don't know how accessible the buses are, but fine if you have car transport, is RHS Bridgewater, for the full on garden experience. From memory, mostly flat paths. There is an admission charge.
