#ClimateDiary 1/3 Awful wildfire deaths in Spain, especially somehow when you read that if they had stayed at home, they would have been ok. Also, whilst the usual focus on “your own” in this article (four Brits amongst dead) is annoying, nevertheless I can imagine that not being familiar with an area makes you even more vulnerable, and the whole experience terrifying in different ways.
