🧵Spotted at a Matariki* Night Market in Aotearoa New Zealand: Multiple small humans (1 to 6?) are Brownian Motion in human form as they bounce off each other, run off in different directions, then bounce off uncles, aunties, mums, dads, then back again. Giggling and snortling. Breath chuffing in the cold night air. New friends and play in the new year. A young human (8?) is being address by his incredulous mum who's saying: "I gave ya $36 dollars! You went to get a donuts! Where's the change?!" Young Human looks sheepish. "I uhm... got a lot of donuts?" A tiny human (2?) in a fluffy unicorn onesie has decided that she shall roll everywhere tonight. Mum and Dad are suggesting that using her feet might be helpful but she's adamant that rollypollying on the grass is the ONLY way to get around on this cold winter's night. It's the unicorn way! A stylish woman (40s?) in a tartan coat and beret is rubbing her tummy and laughing as she says: "I didn't mean to eat all the rice pudding, but it was SO GOOD and I ate all the rice putting and now I am made of rice pudding!" A woman (80s?) wearing a vivid pink coat and a neon blue beanie is complimented on her fashion. She says: "I'm too old to be boring. Life's too short," then breaks into a wide sharky smile. Any typos spotted in this post had a wonderful time at the Matariki night markets in their small city. If typos spotted, they'll be standing by a friend's stall, sipping hot chocolate while they wait for their masala dosa to be ready. It might be chilly but everyone came out and it's wonderful.
