@xgranade@wandering.shop I worked 3 months doing admin for a B2B waste management company. The shit you'd hear from clients was incomprehensible. The dumbest one was a client complaining needing to pay for 2 skips when they only used one, when what they were paying was weight of waste. Wanted a refund for the unused skip and paid the overweight charge. An extra grand was earned that day. Maybe it was to prove a point, but they asked the same thing again the week after. Business is just people.
