An update on the homeless woman in the car situation. I talked with the woman about street cleaning before I left town on Sunday ($75 ticket) and she chuckled and said "this car isn't going anywhere... broken." Ok. The can opener refusing neighbor apparently called in an abandoned vehicle to the city so it got slapped with a warning ticket yesterday. Move it or get towed soon.
