okay very rookie camping question: what goes on top of a camping bed?
• a self inflating mat?
• a camping blanket? (do they exist?)
• a blanket?
• a sleeping bag?
asking for a kuri shaped friend

@kuriko@wetdry.world sleeping bags will keep you insulated from the cold air in your tent, they sell them with minimum rated temperature Tents protect from the wind but are still vented to keep moisture from condensing The last piece is a foam mat or air mattress. Sure it’s more comfortable than the ground, but its job is to keep the ground from conducting all the heat out of your body If you have a cot to sleep on, regular blankets and linens are fine

@kuriko@wetdry.world I always did a self inflating mat and a sleeping bag, but the self inflate is not 100% needed

@kuriko@wetdry.world I usually go for air mattress and then sleeping bag on top like a sheet set.
