The Shell Games around Bricks and Minifigs are crazy. Sure looks like they are preparing to commit fraud upon the courts. Hopefully, real soon now, they will be forced into full Federal Receivership, preferably by an Oregon Federal Court. And the first thing that must happen is a full forensic audit.
