@Ronnie@mastodon.social LOL I did the same exact thing myself! My dad was an indoor salesman and I went to work for the company right after I turned 18. I started in the lumberyard outside for the first 2-years.
Then I got moved inside and never looked back. Got into a management a year after that.

@cliffwade@infosec.exchange I was an outside dock worker for a while. Loading lumber on a forklift and then putting in the customers truck/car. That’s real work.
