The current state known as Israel is pretty small... but if you account for vertical space, then no problem.
I wouldn't want to live there. I'm glad there's a whole lot of space in this world.

There's over 21 Billion square meters of land area in the state of Israel. So enough for everyone on earth to have a couple meters to themselves, just on one level. Add underground and multiple stories and there's a lot more room (three dimensions are a pretty cool aspect of reality).
