@mnalis@mastodon.online @InsertUser@en.osm.town I know JOSM has the solution to everything (and even if it doesn't natively, a plugin would suffice), that's why I specify everywhere (even in my forum profile), that I use iD editor, to avoid the constant "in JOSM you can do it this way", like it's a Linux-injected conversation over Windows stuff, cuz apparently many JOSM users sometimes sound annoying specifying the superiority of it, ignoring most times that there are other editors aswell, and not everyone uses or wants to use JOSM 😛
Sorry for the rant, reading about JOSM in most posts in the forum, even when other editors are being mentioned, it's just tiring 😛

Not everybody knows your personal preferences and annoyances (and your Mastodon profile doesn't mention them). I mentioned solution in JOSM because I knew solution in JOSM. If I knew solution in SCEE, I would've mentioned that too, as that is the editor I prefer. If you don't want to hear of alternative ways to fix the original issue, please mention it in the post that you're looking for iD solutions only.
