It's too young to be consumed. Leave it for another three weeks, it'll then be ready. Do you grow any other food crops?

@nuwagaba2@mastodon.social my concern is that if it's zucchini, that will be way too long and it will be full of seeds by then. But as @Doodlelegs@mastodon.social says, yellow crookneck starts yellow and this definitely has been green the whole time
