@Waterfox@mastodon.social @Qwant@mastodon.social I truly feel bad for those that cannot use Qwant, but I hope that people will go learn more about the effect Bing's decisions had on this situation. Even if not universal, it it helps Waterfox become better financed *and* helps a more private search engine, I'm all for it and have just switched to Qwant.

I do feel bad for those who may not be able to use it but on a optimistic and positive note who's to say that won't someday change? And well in the time being there are a shockingly solid amount of decent or good search engines out there! Honestly one thing that has been refreshing for me this year is discovering just how many good big tech alternatives there are from software to services. I honestly hope to see more as time goes on!
