I had to disable bitlocker
The permanent “fix” that i done a few weeks later was to do single boot with fedora and move windows in a VM under KVM

Don’t know why but I just got your answer notification right now :) My default boots to Linux, and my fix to boot windows (like once a month) is to press F7 at boot and choose windows bootloader so it does not ask for bitlocker key in this case.
