Sometimes I'm struck by the extent to which our society pushes responsibility down to the lowest possible level, to the people who have the least power. Take security compliance, where crappy code and product design, or crappy implementation by companies and service providers lead to flaws which can be used to gain unauthorized access to systems and data. 1/2
