The AI cultism, that it was starving everything else, and personally feeling like I was at the apex of what I could hope for, and it wasnt that great (cant share why). The job hunt reminded me that small and mid sized companies are friendlier and more human. Also there are plenty of places that value things that arent ML, they are just not as loud about it. I believe things will be ok again for us. Just needs to hurry up!
