Huh… I thought that was just people setting off fireworks early. Edit: So immediately after posting this comment, I got a text from my apartment management about not setting off fireworks in the complex. Spooky.

I've been using a water filter to filter my tap water for years, because tap water tastes nasty. WHO'S LAUGHING NOW, BITCHES! I mean, not me because things still suck, but at least I'm reasonably sure I won't get a disease after my city reduced funding for water treatment.
