#3GoodThings 1. I had a really nice swim today with my friend Marilou. 2. I got an expensive prescription refilled today, and had 5 pills left over from the last refill. The pharmacy sometimes takes over a week for refills, so this might come in handy. 3. A neighbor put up a large Progress Pride flag this evening. I went out and thanked him for that, and we chatted a little. He recently moved into the household there, and I was glad to have an opportunity to talk with him for a few minutes.
