A friend, a USA citizen is moving to Spain. He and his wife have a path to EU #citizenship, have passports, I think work permits. His concern is how to navigate keeping his employment with his current company, while navigating contractor status and finding an employer of record, or EOR in Spain, and not making a mistake with compliance.
