Celebrating my 40th birthday today by starting a new treatment 💊 I wish my inattentive ADHD could have been diagnosed 30 years earlier, it would probably have made my life a bit better 🥹 I can’t thank enough diagnosed friends (and my diagnosed sister) for helping me seek the help my brain have been needing forever 🙏 #adhd #tdah
