Love 2 spiral into a physical self-hate spiral right before travelling But that's kind of inevitable with beachy/swim things. As a female person. With a body that's changed a lot. In a world that polices us at every fucking turn whatever we do, especially as we get older and take up more space. And a loud voice in my head telling me how disgusting, lazy and useless I am.
