The customer self-service portal is equally important. Customers should be able to sign in and find their active subscriptions, billing status, renewal information, and available cancellation controls. A self-service portal benefits both sides of the transaction. Customers get faster answers, while store owners avoid spending support time on basic questions such as “When will I be charged?” or “How do I cancel?” Add a visible link to the account area from the main navigation, order emails, and customer support replies.
