I just realized, as a musician and composer, I have a favorite note, and Im annoyed that its D natural bc what in the straight-coded bullshit is this 😭 why couldnt it be something more respectable or at least ambiguous like A natural or B flat 😭 ----- My partner, trying to comfort me: the heart wants what the heart wants, you dont need to be scared of Ds, they wont hurt you Me: you dont know that, you dont know my life 😭 Partner, knowingly: is this really about Ds tho? Me, weakly: yes, but maybe not in the way I first thought 😭
