@rytiss@mastodon.social Resin pocket in the wood probably. Drilling out should work but expect it to gunk up your drill bit - it gets runnier with heat. Looks good from here. Zoomed in there's a few chips that could do with some filler, thickened epoxy followed by sanding should work to blend it in. Same in the gaps where the sides are joined, or you can use an overpaintable caulk like MS polymer or PU based (hard to find in DIY stores here for some reason, very common in nautical shops). Then some metal polish on the pedals 😄 No idea what to do about the keys 🤷‍♂️
