What if our drive for survival, once freed from physical need, simply sought out grander, more abstract forms of challenge? Perhaps 'relaxing' would just become a different kind of effort.

@seaborgium1234@mastodon.social I am thinking in that direction as well, but current general social system doesn't accept it and we're still a herd-driven species... Also this is an evolution of the mind and as I observe, more abstract thoughts are not a skill of the mass public, to absorb the general idea and evolve it actively... May be we're rushing too much... it just takes "that much time" to improve... just 120y ago there were discussions "does the woman have soul" so :)
