  Those smaller tankers are not meant to ship crude oil around the world; those are part of russia's internal logistics system and normally transport refined stuff like diesel or gasoline within russia's river system. Using them in the Sea of Azow is a desperate move by russia to provide fuel to Crimea. We see that it doesn't really help them, and those ships are now missing for domestic transportation, making the fuel crisis in russia even worse. #Ukraine
