@Damax@ruby.social @endorama@hachyderm.io Asynchronous work does not mean that we are not syncing at all. Being spread across the whole world would make it difficult. I used to lead teams being spread between Asia, Europe and South America. Finding a slot for a daily meeting was challenging. This is why a limitation (time zone wise, not in terms of a travel distance) to +/-2h makes sense.
