@crk@neondystopia.world That pre-workout was nuclear, if i had to wait 10 more minutes at the panini bakkery i would have shat my pants right there. Made it home just in time kek, lesson learned, dont go out within 2 hours after workout. Was an intense workout tho, definitely made some major gains going from not working out to picking it up again, had a "break" of a month or 2 so my body is not used to this nuclear pre workout yet, wil definitely need to take half a scoop next time kek
