I must underline this once more - AI reliance, like asking it to make shopping lists, make desicions for you, be your "friend" makes you NOT use your brain. This is detrimental to people who have ZERO memory issues and causes skill regression. It is making people unable to remember things, work things out, and use their own damn brains. That's why AI bro's use AI for emails and AI to read emails but they whine if they have to USE A PEN TO WRITE A SENTENCE. AI kills working brains. #fuckAI
