The vendor bragged that their DIMMs use SK Hynix DRAM chips. While the DIMM adhesive label is all about the DIMM vendor's part number and specs for the DIMM, I was disappointed that the chips are house-marked for the DIMM vendor, and do not bear the SK Hynix logo or chip part numbers.

SK Hynix is reputed to have better DDR5 (more timing margin) than Samsung or Micron. In the past, when I've purchased DIMMs made with Samsung or Micron chips, they have borne the Samsung or Micron logo and part number, from which the chip specifications can be located. Not so when the chips are house-marked. :-( 6/
