Policy priority: Have the federal government buy a bunch of ASML kit and create a #PSE program to train operators while building a factory exclusively for PC and laptop RAM, exclusively for sale to direct (i.e., non-cloud) users of computers, not for resellers of computing services, with major quotas reserved for individuals, healthcare, education, other critical infrastructure, and small businesses. #cdnpoli #ukpol #eupol #auspol #BuellerBuellerBueller
