Dear authors of self care reminder bots: the Northern hemisphere is in the middle of a heatwave. I love your job, but the reminders of getting fresh air, taking a walk, and so on, could be changed for a few months for stuff like "have you got blinds or curtains? Stay in the shade", put on sunscreen, dab cool water on pulse points, etc. Just a friendly suggestion :ablobcatheart:
