@Geoffberner@zeroes.ca For a straight-up mistake, I'd say: relying on auto-captions. Captions are great, highly recommended even for song lyrics, but make sure they're edited to be accurate & to break in sensible places. If you can't find a good way to do that, lyrics posted in the description are a decent replacement. Some other personal pet peeves: Posting the video in mirrored mode. Having lots of distractions in the background. Not including any context / title in the post text (just "hey, I made a new thing" or whatever) — especially if they post a lot of content with the same visual set-up. And I personally prefer landscape-oriented video over tiktok style, but I know that makes me an Old. And of course, the worst mistake: bad audio mix.
