Count Binface to stand against Farage in Clacton by-election

Count Binface has announced he will be standing against Farage in the Clacton by-election, triggered by today's resignation.
"Labour, Tories, Lib Dems and Greens: I demand you stand down in Clacton. I will be a unity candidate and pledge to build at least one affordable house.
Nigel Farage says he wants The People versus the Establishment. So be it. Leave him to me."

"Resignation from the House of Commons is not formally allowed; instead, the seat will not be vacated unless and until Farage is appointed to one of two sinecures, either the Steward and Bailiff of the Chiltern Hundreds or Steward and Baliff of the Manor of Northstead, that allow for an MP to step down to trigger a by-election.
