@PabloveSky@mastodon.com.pl I'm sorry but I can't speak Polski but occasionaly I can read without a translation. Is the Russian acceptable for you or I should speak English? There is only a number of big oil refinery plants and I bellive that in 6 (!) years of escalation they can if will. Russian state is authoritarian, opposition is suppresed and nomore. I bellive that the Leader may find the lack of fuel acceptable and a part of a civilian drill. More struggle, less wealth - more recrupts, cheaper contracts.
