@dwarmstrong@fosstodon.org I've never heard of zswap and zram until today. Thanks for the pointer. I still wonder if it's really necessary though. I can't think of when I would have wanted to see this anytime after about 2010, but it is an interesting solution to the disk thrashing issue, if it happens.
