@ZenHeathen@beige.party For things like signatures, it would be easier to tell a copy from a signature. I know attorneys who still only use blue to sign things.
Not sure if it's related to what you mean, but there's a "non-photo" shade of blue that wouldn't really pick up on scanners. Artists could pencil sketch in the blue, then ink in black without the pencil really showing up in scans. I wonder if scantron works the same way. D&D maps used to use it as an anti-piracy thing too.
