While I did put a popcorn emoji in front, I do think that's one of the only ways forward to keep that central bit of software in the #Java world free to download for everyone.

@rotnroll666@mastodon.social Given projects that really need higher limits can get them, I don't think this will lead to real problems. And commercial parties that want to release a lot (or just want to support Maven Central), can get that Pro subscription.
