First Irish soda bread of the season has been baked. It's not really seasonal, but Mr L realized I hadn't made it in a while and bought the dried fruit HE likes in it. Should I call it kind-of Irish soda bread? This particular recipe is from a lovely pottery pan. It includes raisins...except that Mr L found these bags of dried fruit pieces with raisins, cranberries, and other bits that he really likes. I made the bread once with that (he had eaten all the raisins in the house) - and now he insists that is the best soda bread. #baking
