"Employee Assistance Program". What do you mean the counsellor started ranted about immigrants? She didn't write that down on your appointment summary notes. ~ Are you sure your memory on this is accurate? ~ "Flexible working" -- in line with priorities and internal resources, ofc.

In full: I am so tired. I wish I didn't get infected with regular COVID and then Long COVID. Yes fuck you, random unnamed nose-masker (if ever) shitty manager. The super really obvious neurological damage makes thinking really hard at RANDOM FUCKING TIMES and then fine. So, of course, I "am [sic]" / I LOOK "young and healthy". Variable conditions "must [sic]" be made up or exaggerated or some other fucking ableist, self-centred bullshit. "young and healthy!" You look [to me, some randomer], therefore you are! "Support" is more than just talking: it's only 95% of support groups, helplines, and wellness spaces. "REASONABLE" Adjustments -- as determined by the employer with no oversight from anyone else, ofc. Maybe ACAS if, and only if, you bring a discrimination suit against them after mediation and arbitration have failed. If, of fucking course, your contract hasn't run out because "I'm afraid there's no room in next year's budget for renewal." Mx Verda, "we have [not] been suppoooootting you throughout your contract with us." We never finished your Access to Work forms, but we received them! The Disability (Awareness-only) tutor, very much scientific-ally, referred to your autism as a neuro-biological malfunction. No one spoke up, including you in your shock, so it must have been vital awareness raising! Also it was in your last month of the temporary contract, but you know. Organisational needs, and all. "Resilience". You seem very well situated to handle such a difficult upbringing. Here, have more demands. "Mindfulness". What do you mean, "trauma-informed / trauma-aware"? Our practitioner took a 6 week evening course on CBT to deliver this training! "Stress management". You're not managing your stress very well, are you? (You have been met with a terrible fate.) "Self-care". Have you tried bubble baths and coloring books? No, why would we pay for that? Don't do them "between tasks"; save it for your statutory 30 minute lunch. "Anger management". Because your anger is the problem, not the unfair situation we uphold to continue. "Employee Assistance Program". What do you mean the counsellor started ranted about immigrants? She didn't write that down on your appointment summary notes. ~ Are you sure your memory on this is accurate? ~ "Flexible working" -- in line with priorities and internal resources, ofc.
