Mx Verda, "we have [not] been suppoooootting you throughout your contract with us."
We never finished your Access to Work forms, but we received them!
The Disability (Awareness-only) tutor, very much scientific-ally,
referred to your autism as a neuro-biological malfunction.
No one spoke up, including you in your shock, so it must have been vital awareness raising!
Also it was in your last month of the temporary contract, but you know. Organisational needs, and all.

"Resilience". You seem very well situated to handle such a difficult upbringing. Here, have more demands. "Mindfulness". What do you mean, "trauma-informed / trauma-aware"? Our practitioner took a 6 week evening course on CBT to deliver this training! "Stress management". You're not managing your stress very well, are you? (You have been met with a terrible fate.)
