@coppercauldronart@sunny.garden @jtheseamstress@hcommons.social I'm on elvanse too 😄 What i have learned about adhd meds is, the better i feel the better they work. The more stressed, tireed and/or exhausted i am, the less they boost me/my skills. (But I'm always better taking them. They just help so much more when I'm rested and so on).
