Chicken and Ginger Jook. There's a ton of ginger in this so I knew my husband would like it. I love a dish with tons of flavorful toppings to choose from. 2nd recipe I've made from Cook Like a King by Melissa King and it's 2/2 winners! #cooking #CookBooks
