Hindu push ups or dive bomber (diver) push ups. It’s basically a push up but you put your ass way up in the air. Then move your arms down while moving your chest down and up like a dive bomber. The down position is your ass close to the grond, your arms pushing up and you chest up. Like some yoga poses. Then slowly reverse the motion till your ass is back in the air like the starting position.
