We're mostly crafts enterprises: replace the sky, remove those antennas because the movie takes place 100 years ago, add realistic water, add realistic fire, make the plastic prop levitate. That work is mostly fulfilling and you can even offer options to a client, but ultimately you'll be told what to do through 3+ levels of supervisors and reviews.
