@emd@cosocial.ca Good question which I would like to blog about as well. I think just my outlook on tech in general and the diminishing returns of wearing the watch for almost 8 years now. I know where my strengths and weaknesses are. I know how much calories I burn on average (though the watch seems to be inaccurate anyway?). I really want to do a test week of not wearing the watch anymore. But I know I would miss my gym-tracking app (Strong & Hevy).
