#3GoodThings My aunt was supportive of my choice on the marking wording for her brother. The trash collection tool finally arrived in the mail. This, my first attempt at making regular Kosher meatballs came out well. The simple recipe being 1. About 1.5 cup of breadcrumbs (3 large slices of Italian bread, panfried with olive oil/toasted & crumbled up) 1 egg & 1 lb ground beef, mixture balled, seared on all sides, let rest for 20 minutes, boiled for 20 minutes.
