@Daveography@yeg.bike @linux_mclinuxface@fosstodon.org And if the mall ends up getting regular city by-law warnings about litter at the recycling depot which they lease to the city, the logical solution is that they'll end up getting rid of the recycling depot. Which is pretty sub-optimal for the city's alleged waste diversion goals.

@AmeliasBrain@mstdn.ca @Daveography@yeg.bike I dunno. Maybe they have an upkeep agreement for stuff like that? Regardless: getting glass cleaned up at a place where people drive to access a city service needs to be an easy 311 issue
